I take a whole systems approach (holistic) to health and well-being. The dynamic interplay between body, mind and soul can not be separated from environmental, cultural, ancestral and collective energies. Everything is connected.

Whether in-person, on-line or outdoors, I tend a compassionate space for exploring how all these aspects might be creating imbalance and dis-ease in you.  And whether your issue is acute or chronic, together we engage in a healing process of unraveling, understanding, personal growth and restoration towards wholeness.

Healing is a process, never a singular event. Many factors play their part. Healing may appear to follow some therapeutic intervention or the taking of a homeopathic medicine but the consultation itself provides space for a healing relationship.
